I have an issue that is causing me grief regarding my original InfinityFree domain.
After upgrading to a Premium option, it would appear that my original domain is not pointing to the correct server/IP. I have contacted https://ifastnet.com/ but whatever they do they don’t seem to be able to point the domain to the correct IP.
I am wondering whether this means that the domain is still being controlled by yourselves and your settings?
Is there any way to get the DNS/IP changed to the correct new IP?
Are you trying to set it up on your premium account? Then please ask iFastNet for help. They provide the premium hosting, and they are the only ones who can actually do anything for you here.
Are you trying to use it on your free account? If so, then you can simply remove the domain from your account and add it again, that should recreate the DNS records in our system.
