Problem with .it domain

Username (e.g. epiz_XXX) or Website URL

librojanasincantu.it

Error Message

When I change my nameservers to ns1.epizy.com, ns2.epizy.com, etc. the Italian registry does not validate the change

Other Information

If I perform a “dig” on the nameservers for the domain, I get an empty response:

dig @ns1.epizy.com librojanasincantu.it

Can you help me fix this? Maybe I have to set different NS?

Hi Soundar,
That’s what I’m trying to do. I’m trying to point the domain to InfinityFree nameservers but the change fails because the .it Registry check says there’s something wrong with the nameservers.

Could you please check that the domain librojanasincantu.it is correctly configured with these nameservers?

ns1.epizy.com
ns2.epizy.com
ns3.epizy.com
ns4.epizy.com

It it’s not ok, can you tell me if there’s something I can do within my account or please provide me alternate nameservers?

Thank you
Kind regards

Just try adding,
ns1.epizy.com
ns2.epizy.com

ns1.byet.org and ns2.byet.org, also ns3.epizy.com and ns4.epizy.com don’t exist, remove em.

Re-purchase domain that’s not with these 3 TLD’s? Or try another hosting

Hi,

I confirm it’s not working either with ns1,epizy,com / ns2,epizy,com nor ns1,byet,org / ns2,byet,org (edited periods with commas because of forum limitations)

You can check here: https://dns-check.nic.it/

I wonder why is it so difficult to create a working DNS zone on two nameservers?

Thank you
Kind regards

Did you read the information provided by @anon77371365 and @FlutterHoney?

Both refer to the same article, which both have a very clear conclusion:

You cannot host .it domains with us at this time.
