Hello, I have a problem with WordPress, I am using the ASTRA Theme and what happens to me is that when I slide down while having the toggle button open on a cell phone or tablet, a space is created below the drop-down menu for a few seconds and then it returns to the original color. I would like to try to fix it so that this doesn’t happen, but if anyone knows the solution I would like them to help me.

It’s hard to say anything without a website URL or even a screenshot to see what the problem looks like.
Also, this issue seems highly specific to the theme you’re using, and perhaps to how you have set it up (both the theme itself as well as other WordPress plugins and settings).
