Problem verifying CNAME for Let's Encrypt SSL certificates

Hello. I want to install certificates with the Let’s Encrypt SSL option. I’ve already verified the DNS, but to verify the CNAME, my domain provider won’t allow me to enter that record. The only option is to remove the DNS to allow me to enter the CNAME. However, removing the DNS would eliminate the first step. How can I verify the CNAME in that case?

What is your domain? What is the error? Where are you trying to enter the record? Please share more information so we can help you

The CNAME record for the SSL certificate must be setup in the current nameservers of your domain name.

If your domain is pointing to our nameservers, then any DNS records you configure with your domain name provider will have no effect on your domain name. If so, the CNAME record must be added to our nameservers instead.
