When I try to upload a theme from wordpress, I get the following message
“The link you have followed has expired”
Does anyone know how to solve it?

This is probably caused by the theme being larger than 10 MB, which is the maximum upload size limit on our free hosting.
You can work around this by uploading the theme manually over FTP:

Is there no way to do this through the wordpress panel?
Unless your theme is less than 10mb, it is not possible.
Pls follow as per admin advice…
You can upgrade to premium hosting and do it from the WordPress panel. Premium hosting has faster servers and higher limits so the one click installation does work.
But if you don’t want to upgrade to premium hosting just yet, then a manual installation is the way to go.
