Do that, and check the client area. Are you suspended? If not, check your inodes on the statistics page.
I think the issue is fixed now.
It appears that something didn’t get activated correctly for your account. I don’t understand why it didn’t work. I confirmed the issue exists in the client area, but hen I logged into the control panel and accessed Softaculous from there, it just worked. And when I tried the client area button afterward, it also worked.
Perhaps logging into the control panel activated something extra on your account.
To help investigate this further: could you please check if you are able to access the control panel? If the control panel is unreachable for you, that could explain the issue.
