Please help for having an error msg of not enough inodes, even though being delete those files and folders over a few days.

I have checked your account and I don’t see any issues on our end.
I scanned your account and I see you have almost 59,000 files on your account. This does not include directories, but it seems very likely that the inode count of 64,000 as shown in the control panel is correct.
So it seems that you need to delete a lot more files and directories to fall within the limits again.

deleted files how long does it take effective?
Anywhere from a few minutes to 8 hours before the control panel updates.
