Hello, i want to transfer my own custom domain to infinity free but i keep on receiving the error above. I first made sure the DNS servers in my registrar are the correct infinity free name servers. If possible, could you kindly delete the website from the said ezyro server so that i can transfer my domain to infinity free. Thank you..

You need to remove the said domain from ProFreeHost (ezyro.com). We cannot help you.

This happens because both us and ProFreeHost uses the same reseller platform and the underlying system don’t accept a domain across multiple providers.
