I am triying to change my wordpress url, i have changes it on my website under general settings, now i want to move wp files from the wp directory but they are refusing when i am using the online file manager they keep getting skipped.
Can you please try it with a desktop FTP client (like FileZilla) instead? Web based FTP clients tend to break down when handling big folders.
