FileZilla is desktop-only software, it’s not for mobile.
Do you have a family member, friend, (or foe) whose computer you can borrow? Your local library or media center may have the software available as well.
The online file manager does not preserve timestamps, and I don’t know of any mobile FTP software that does either.
Alternatively, you can modify your site to not required the date as well.
