I wanted to ask about the inodes and daily hits limits that are on free, are those still on the premium or are they removed entirely?
Not entirely removed, but the limits are much higher than free version.

There is no daily hits limit on premium hosting, and the inode limit is much higher (10-20 times free hosting, IIRC).
