As you can see in the client area: that account was deleted over two months ago due to inactivity. And as it also says: deleted really means deleted, and it’s impossible to recover the account or its contents in any way.
And yes, that “any way” includes upgrading to premium hosting. You can still purchase a premium hosting account, but even iFastNet cannot recover your website from an account that no longer exists.
