Ironic that after going for the Premium option, it appears that ifastnet.com seems to be completely down, taking all my sites with it
Anyone have any more information as to why and when it might be working again?
Help, any idea when it might be working again
Welcome to the forum
Unfortunaitly, although IFastNet provide the Premium Hosting plans that infinity free promote, Infinity Free don’t have any power or control over their service.
You’d need to ask on their foruim.
that said, IFastNet page seems to be working again for me. Can you access it now? Its possible that your ISP or network admin (if you’re using a work\school network) is blocking IFastNet
Hello.
Yes all working again now thanks.
It wasn’t just me, various online website down checkers also confirmed that none of their servers were working for anyone.
Hello there i purchased, a premium account yesterday but i can’t understand how is working now i need to wait to be updated with my infinityfree ? Or i have to do something, ? Any admin can help me please i don’t see any premium updates on my infinityfree cpanel.
Hi, please read this to get started with your iFastNet premium account:
So what’s the point of the premium then omg so i have to move all my websites now to IFAST.Net
Cpanel there should have auto migration between infinityfree and them. Dosent make sense i do all this in order to have more options in the cpanel as the downgrade of PHP
You don’t have to move anything yourself—just ask iFastNet support (linked in that article), and they will handle the migration for you. Remember, InfinityFree and iFastNet are different companies (though they are affiliated), and InfinityFree does not offer any premium plans, but ifastnet does which is what you bought.
iFastNet has migration tools to move your website to premium hosting with zero downtime or data loss.
The only thing is that it’s not fully automatic, you will still need to ask iFastNet to migrate the website for you.
