Hi and welcome to the forum! Please note that this is an English-speaking forum, so you must speak in English or at least translate what you wrote. Since you didn’t do that I’m gonna translate it for you:
Well, you can’t change PHP values on free hosting. The default values are fine for a normal website; also the memory limit had been increased to 512 MBs since the PHP 8.2 upgrade. If you want to change PHP values, you might be better off upgrading, though I’m not sure if it’s gonna let you change them because last time I tried Premium Hosting I used the default values.
Are you sure that’s necessary? Many website scripts have recommended server settings, but most of them will work fine with lower limits.
For example, your requirements say the file upload limit should be at least 128 MB. But if you never intend to upload files that large, then there is no reason to have the upload limit that high. And definitely no reason to use different hosting because of limits you might never hit.
You can change all of these settings on premium hosting yourself. The default limits are good enough, and you shouldn’t really raise these limits any higher than is necessary for security reasons.
