I am reporting a widespread outage affecting the freehosting.dev and nichesite.org subdomain extensions.
All of my websites using these subdomains are completely unresponsive and throwing connection timeouts. My Better Stack uptime monitors are confirming 100% downtime for every single one of them right now, as shown in the status page screenshot.
Since the main client hosting panel works fine, it looks like a network or routing crash on the backend handling these specific domain extensions. Could an administrator please look into this?
A “connection timeout issue” suggests you may be referring to this ongoing outage (for which I now see the pin expired which explains why you missed it):
If so, please understand that the issue is NOT related to the free subdomain you are on, but the IP address to which your website is assigned. Not all freehosting.dev and nichesite.org domains are down, only the ones assigned to this IP address, and so are websites on other free subdomains and custom domains on this IP address.
Just because there is one pinned issue that affects specific domains doesn’t mean that every issue affects specific domains.
