I own 4 free.nf websites and today i cannot connect to them. I am blocked by my net provider (O2) informing that websites are not secure + when i checked certificates i got - unsafe. Like my websites not have https certificate. Problem is at all my websites (povidky, bestiar.free.nf, afton-robotics-intern.free.nf, pohadky.free.nf)

Secure doesn’t necessarily mean HTTPS. It could also be with the content. This could also be one of the noisy neighbour effect examples where a phishing site cause the ISP take down the whole domain.
You need to contact your ISP to get this resolved in this case.

The ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID error means that the certificate that your browser sees is not valid for the domain name.
This could indicate a configuration issue on the server, but since your website seems to be working for everyone except for you, I think the reason is something else.
Another reason you may see this is because something is hijacking the connection to your website. For example, a security filter from your ISP may be trying to block you from accessing a “bad website” and is routing you to a warning page they control. But that warning page does not have a valid SSL certificate for your website, which is why you see this error.
When you say that your “net provider [is] informing [you] that the websites are not secure”, what do you mean exactly? Is this some warning page with branding from your ISP, or a browser error message? If it’s the former, that affirms my theory about an intentional ISP-level block.
If so, please contact your ISP about this. They appear to be blocking you from accessing your website, so only they can resolve the issue.

We have blocked access to this website because it poses a serious security risk. The O2 Security Service protects you from virus-infected and fraudulent websites.
If you are not satisfied with the service settings, an authorized person can change them in My O2.

That looks like a pretty specific pointer to me on what you can do.
Still, while you can probably fix it for yourself through your ISP’s settings, you should still contact your O2 about this. They are blocking access to legitimate websites, and that’s a false positive in their system that they should fix.
I will check it, but i checked too Google Search engine and it brought up information about malicious file, so i will check it if some of aspect of web (image / svg for bubbles - comics editor etc.) dont blocked it
