The only reason I can think of which would explain this issue is DNS caching. Which the client area also tells you about:

That message doesn’t mean that InfinityFree is holding your website back 72 hours for fun. It means that we’ve already push the website live but such change will generally not take effect immediately everywhere because how Internet works, something that we don’t control.
