Please help me unbind the domain 20151007.xyz from another hosting account

I own the domain 20151007.xyz, this domain is bound to an old InfinityFree account, but I completely forgot the registration email of that account.

I tried the domain password reset function, the system said reset link sent, but I checked all my mailboxes including spam folder, zero reset email received.

I can’t log into that old account to unbind the domain myself. I am the legal owner of this domain and can provide DNS TXT verification records to prove ownership.

Please help me locate the old account’s registered email, or manually release this domain binding so I can add it to my current InfinityFree account.

I cannot just give you the email address of the other account. I think there is a good chance that it’s yours: the account was created 14 days ago, and both that profile and the profile you’re posting this from were logged in to from the same IP address, and it uses the same email provider.

If that’s still not enough information for you to identify the email address, I can remove the domain for you, provide that you can prove you own the domain name.

Can you please add the following DNS record to your domain in your current nameservers (Spaceship):

  • Type: CNAME
  • Name: f1eb44d6811c857561cf95f8bafef14d
  • Target: ns1.byet.org

Once you’ve added the record and confirmed it here, I can check it and remove the domain if all is OK.

I checked the domain, but it looks like you’ve changed the nameservers to Cloudflare in the mean time, meaning I can no longer verify the CNAME record.

Can you please add the CNAME record to Cloudflare instead? Make sure to set the proxy to disabled, or I will not be able to check it.
