My site https://made4islam.42web.io/, im trying to upload a new index but when I do FTP quota message comes. Also I deleted the old index but its still showing on https://made4islam.42web.io/. Please help me!

It seems that if you use the online filemanager too extensively it will stop you from using it any more. It should lift after a day.

Please follow the guide KangJL posted and use filezilla instead.
