PLEASE HELP: I cannot login into my webmail after configuration

I have done the necessary configuration for me to start accessing and receiving emails, but yet I cannot access my webmail. First, what should I insert for username and password column? Please kindly check if i did the right configuration. Also once I click on my Professional Business Email, Custom Domain Email | Name.com it would display PAGE NOT FOUND…please help me out

In the username and password fields, you should enter the email address of the mailbox you want to access and the password you entered for that mailbox.

You can only access webmail through your control panel. If you want direct access to your webmail, you must upgrade your account.

THANKS. I can now access my webmail. But can I be able to receive mails on my yahoo or gmail without accessing the Cpanel? Is there anyway I can configure that to work?

Not without upgrading, no.

I have no idea, there are thousands of reasons which could possibly explain why you cannot access webmail.
