We do not make exceptions here. Rules are rules. If your account was temporarily suspended, then you must wait 24 hours and then it will be reactivated.

But I have nothing to add to what @anon19508339 said. Your account hit a daily limit and is suspended for 24 hours. You either have to wait for the 24 hours to pass or switch to premium hosting.
You cannot open a ticket for this, because we have nothing more to tell you than what’s already in the client area: your account is suspended for hitting the CPU limit, there is an article in the knowledge base detailing what it means, and what your options are to get your website back up. We have no details to help you figure out exactly what caused the CPU usage, because the graph in the control panel is the highest level of detail we have about your CPU usage.
We’re not a charity organization with unlimited funding who can just give unlimited server space to people for free. We have no special non-profit or education offers with additional resources. Everyone gets the same limits, and if you hit them, your account is suspended.
If you have a school project, consider running the website on a XAMPP stack on your own computer instead, or ask your school for hosting resources if they truly need you to make your project publicly accessible. And if they say you should use free web hosting, then your school should also be aware of the implications.

If it was because of you using too much processing power than you weren’t banned, just suspended (It’s spelled with 2 "n"s in English). Your suspension will automatically go away in 24 hours, and there is literally no way for us to remove it earlier than that.
Regardless, it’s your responsibility to make a backup of your site, for when something like this happens and you don’t have access to your account’s files.

in FTP access take the htdocs and past in your desktop then take the htocs you can run it online in your pc or upload the htdocs in your new server
