If the name is Gitee, not Ggitee, they shouldn’t make their logo say Ggitee.
Google’s logo just says “Google”, not “Ggoogle”.
I have indeed never heard of it. I do know of Gitea, which is a self hosted Git server.
The README file on the website referred to GitHub, not this service.
Adding all of that up, it looked to me like a clear case of a site with an infringing name making legally questionable copies of GitHub repos.
The README file on the website references this as the official URL: GitHub - PuZhiweizuishuai/TikTube: 一个简单的视频网站,界面参考了Youtube。支持自动生成封面图,发送弹幕等功能。A simple video website with an interface inspired by YouTube. The backend is built with Spring Boot, and the frontend uses Vue with Vuetify.js. It supports features like automatic thumbnail generation and live comment (danmaku) streaming.
That might be. But please understand that if you upload something to our hosting that looks like a porn streaming site, we’re going to assume that it’s a porn streaming site.
And joke or not, but using the PH logo seems like trademark infringement to me.
