This is not possible.
@DevHype You know you could just delete all the files and start over again?
You can close the hosting account yourself through the client area. However, closing a hosting account is not the same as deleting a hosting account and closing an account will not allow you to start fresh.
You make it sound like someone just hacked your site you just simply clean all the file inside htcdocs that’s all you have to do
