I see that Let’s Encrypt is restricted for use in InfinityFree because it needs to be verified by inserting file on a server.
Well, could you add Let’s Encrypt to cPanel so people can activate free SSL without placing that files in servers?
That would be awesome, especially since my only choice I’ve found that works for Free SSL is the 90-day Comodo certificate, and since I can’t upload the CA chain, it’s trusted in every browser except Firefox. Let’s Encrypt support would fix all of this.

You can upload the files manually and then try to complete the verification. However, Let’s Encrypt cannot get past our security systems.
Also, even if we were to poke a hole in the website filters for Let’s Encrypt, we would quickly hit the rate limits of how many times you can issue certificates for different domains, so free SSL for all is not something we can do just from our end.

Are you sure that Let’s Encrypt would fix that? Let’s Encrypt without a full CA chain would work about just as well as a Comodo certificate without a full CA chain: fine in most browsers, but not in some. If the built-in certificates of your browser and operating system are not enough to verify domain certificates directly, switching certificate authorities is unlikely to solve anything I think.
