Title: phpMyAdmin shows ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID

Hello InfinityFree Support,

I am using InfinityFree free hosting for my website zaro-wear-site.10001mb.com.

When I click the phpMyAdmin button in my hosting control panel, Chrome displays a privacy warning:

Your connection is not private
NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID

I cannot safely access phpMyAdmin to check my database tables. I have not proceeded past the security warning.

Could you please advise me how to access phpMyAdmin safely or investigate whether there is a certificate issue?

Thank you.

Other Information

I am unable to access phpMyAdmin because Chrome displays a privacy warning with the error NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID.

My website is hosted on InfinityFree at zaro-wear-site.10001mb.com. I need to access phpMyAdmin to check my database tables and troubleshoot an HTTP 500 error when placing an order on my website.

Please help me access phpMyAdmin securely or investigate the certificate warning.

I have not bypassed the browser security warning or entered my database credentials on the warning page.

Welcome to the InfinityFree community forum! Good to have you here.

  • Most people answering here are volunteers. They’re often the fastest source of help. Admin (the only staff member) checks in about once a day for issues on our end.
  • Volunteers can’t see your account or website. Share what you actually see, like error messages and what happens when you try something. That’s more useful than your theory of what’s wrong.
  • AI tools often get InfinityFree wrong. If a volunteer’s advice differs from what an AI told you, please try the volunteer’s suggestion first.
  • Solving an issue is a joint effort. Try the suggestions you get and report back what happened.

Beep boop, I’m a bot! I dug through the forum to get you started. I sometimes get things wrong though, so do with this what you will until a human has a look.

What address does Chrome show in the address bar on the warning page? I’d also like to know which button you clicked to get there. I can’t find anything on the forum that says why phpMyAdmin would show this warning, so that detail is what would narrow it down.

Your post also uses two different site names. The form says zaro-wear.10001mb.com, which is the domain on your account. The text says zaro-wear-site.10001mb.com. If you typed the second one anywhere, that could be part of the problem.

The HTTP 500 on orders doesn’t need phpMyAdmin to start debugging. A 500 means your site’s PHP code crashed, and the first step is to turn on Display Errors in Alter PHP Config so the real error message shows up. This article covers it:

If you post the error message it shows when you place an order, we can work out whether the database is involved.
