phpBB SQL Error

I am creating a phpBB forum using infinityfree (non-premium) and when I get to the “Installing phpBB” section it gives me this SQL Error.

General Error:SQL ERROR [ mysqli ]User epiz_32805462 already has more than ‘max_user_connections’ active connections [1203] in file /home/vol1_6/epizy.com/epiz_32805462/htdocs/phpbb/db/driver/driver.php on line 1023
