I installed a video script from softaculous, the site does not appear so i thought it is about php version. I checked cpanel but could find a place to change php version. Can you help me about it?

Would you mind sharing which script that is? Perhaps it’s something we can fix it, but it’s hard to fix specific software if you’re only telling us the broad category.

I think this software is outdated already, as there’s no way to make it work on PHP 8.2 (which is what free hosting is using; they require PHP 7.0) and it also needs FFmpeg and some other media tools for transcoding videos, which are not available on free hosting as it’s not suited (and it’s also prohibited) to share big video files. You might be better off using a dedicated server for that software, as even the requirements are not suited for free hosting, and if you were going to use it to stream pirated content, that’ll even violate every provider’s Terms of Service. Oh, and even the page to download that software on its official website isn’t working anymore as the form BBcode stopped working as well.
