Other Information

My website is working fine before but from when your server is down I got the above PHP version error. I have changed the PHP version from the client area but the version is not updated to 7.4.

Just be patient. It takes a bit to update.

That file path doesn’t match how our servers are layed out.

The IP address of your site shows iFastNet. Are you using their premium hosting? If so, you need to contact iFastNet’s support if you need help.

But first you can try to login to your premium cPanel and change the PHP version from there. Through the Select PHP Version menu you can choose every PHP version from the last 15 years or so, including PHP 7.2 or higher.

Ok, but before this path is working fine.

No, I am using free hosting right now.

Yes, I have tried to change the PHP version from the client area but it did not change yet.

Please check this. The PHP version is not updated from Client area in free hosting.

I want to set my server PHP version to 7.4

Remember:

Your site is working and showing a login page, and I get a “Login Error” without any errors. Try clearing your cache.

Yes now working.

Thanks

That’s because you are not using free hosting. You are using iFastNet’s premium hosting, so you need to manage your website from iFastNet’s cPanel.

You can do so from iFastNet’s cPanel.
