Hi there. I’m hosting a Wordpress website with Woocommerce and StoreFront theme. I try to access the Appearance > Customize section and I just get a blank screen. The left column to navigate customization options is there, but it is incomplete. I read it might be due to PHP Memory Limit. In my cPanel I have these values: Local value: 158M, Master Value:79M. Which one is the actual limit? Is it possible to increase it? Thanks in advance.
The “Local value” is the real value. You cannot change server settings on free hosting. If you need higher memory limits, you’ll need to upgrade your account.
