Paid for Premium but no activation, support doesn't work

My account was suspended because i exceeded the CPU limit, i need this account to be live this moment that’s why i purchased a premium subscription at, i’ve paid the bill, but the service still not activated and their support portal isn’t working.

The account is active but the support still not working, it says wrong password
I reset the password multiple times and i’m sure it’s the right password.

Please note that iFastNet’s support system on has a separate user database. So you cannot login with the login details from their client area, you’ll have to create a separate account there.

If you don’t like that, you can tell iFastNet about that. This is the InfinityFree forum, not the iFastNet forum, so nobody here can help you with your premium account.
