Page unresponsive cant accept cookies consent banner

My page seems to be working fine when I search the link (web-lounge.epizy.com). But I cant accept the cookies consent banner. When I click accept, it highlights partners, the blue hyperlink in the cookies description. And when I click that I get a page unresponsive popup, this is happening on all my computers. I have my final project due tomorrow. I have a disclaimer on my jump page but the only thing I can think of is I’ve been banned again. Hope a mod can help out, thanks

I don’t see any cookie consent banner

I’ve been clearing my cache constantly because im a noob to webdev lol. Maybe that has something to do with my banners. I don’t even know where to start troubleshooting really, never had a problem like this.

In source from your website (jump page)
there is no mention of cookies cons.
nor is there a single javascript code inside

You should add the necessary code

P6 - here, the path is not correct for the image, so it is not displayed

Thanks for the reply, ill be sure to fix that path, but I actually cant access the client area right now, I’m stuck behind infinity frees cookies consent popup/banner. when I click accept nothing happens so i cant get to the file editor Ill link a pic

Yes, you are right - you should have said right away that problem is on infinityfree page

Try this URL Login to your account - InfinityFree

if it doesn’t help, use Firefox (browser) with this on and it will block the JS that has the problem

Same can be done in chrome and it fixed my problem (I wasn’t able to login/post to the forum until doing this)

Thanks for the feedback @letstrygg and welcome to the forum

You can also have Ublock origin plugin or something similar

or even in dev tools (F12) - network tab
block certain external JS (which have a problem)

I informed the admin

Blocking the Js on Chrome worked great, thanks for the tips ill keep these workarounds in mind.

It seems that it started working normally (at least in my case).
If someone has time, please test it…Of course, delete all cookies to be able to test.

Yeah it works now! Cool… bzz

I just gave it another shot with Js enabled this time and its working nicely again.

Admin informed me that he received an email from Quantcast 2 hours ago
in which they state that they had an outage this morning (CEST) - so that is the cause of this problem.

We apologize for the difficulties you experienced
and thank you all for your patience and feedback.

That’s good news appreciate the quick updates!
