Where did you install Oxwall from?
On a post a while ago on the forum, it seemed that Oxwall was incompatible with PHP 8.2:

Their forum seemes to be unmaintained, as it is riddled with topics from scammers, but their GitHub seems to show some activity. If you have installed the latest version from there, and it stills throws an error, then it likely means it’s not going to work, and I’d suggest looking for a different script. If the version you’re currently using wasn’t downloaded from GitHub, you may wish to give it a try.
