[RESOLVED] FTP Services Down (Including File Manager) – March 7th 2026

IMPACT:
Some user accounts are currently unable to access their files via FTP (e.g., FileZilla) or through the web File Manager. Websites hosted on affected accounts may also be unavailable.

STATUS:
Issue identified.

Update as of 15:30 UTC, some users have found their sites and FTP services are back online.

WORKAROUND:
No workaround is currently available.

Thanks for the immediate response, The htdocs is now visible and my site is working properly.
