all our files are lost inside the online file manager. could there be possible. that those will reappear??? i just uploaded files then booogsh it lost all our files huhuhuh HELPPPPP!!!
If you do not have your backup, it is lost forever.

The file manager has bugs right now, please use FileZilla.

Our current file manager is brand new and still has some bugs. There could either be bugs in:
- The upload process, resulting in your files not being successfully uploaded.
- The file listing itself, resulting in your files not be visible.
The first thing to do is to connect to your account’s files using a desktop FTP client, or maybe our Filestash server, and see if you can see the files there. That way, you know which of the two issues happened.
If the files did not get uploaded successfully, then the only way to get them on your account is to upload your account. But if you deleted the original files and the files did not get uploaded successfully, then I’m sorry to say that you have deleted the only copy of the files that existed.
