What I’m seeing is:

I’ve registered orangesliceedu.xyz on another site and I’m trying to use it as an Addon Domain. When I select: Add Domain, I see this message: orangesliceedu.xyz is already assigned and in use.2.

Initially I assumed I must have created another account. I checked my emails and I only have one: “Your new InfinityFree account has been created” email in my inbox.

I’m thinking I initially started an account and claimed the url, however, I didn’t finish the process yet the url is in “limbo” with Infinity. Hence, I wouldn’t have received an email.

I only have one account listed under Accounts.

Can you find the url assigned somewhere within Infinity?

Is there somewhere I should find the url beyond Addon Domains under More Account Settings?

You need to remove that domain from the other free hosting account hosted by a MOFH reseller / Byethost and add it here before you can use it here.
