Hey, i just joined the free hosting program with a domain i just bought. However, after creating an account here, i used the site builder option and added a site builder. When i try to login to the site builder, it keeps showing me this message in a red box - “An error occurred while connecting to the site builder, please try again later”. Please help me fix this :neutral:
That error is caused by SitePro, the provider of the website builder, having server issues. That error means that they weren’t able to create your website within 15 seconds. There isn’t that much we can do to fix that.

It should be a temporary issue, but it’s hard to say. Again, SitePro controls the sitebuilder server and we don’t control whether that server works or not. You could try again regularly and hope the sitebuilder opens for you.
