Error Message

First of all, greetings to all authorities, although I have not made any changes to my website settings and address for days, I have been blocked from accessing my site for some reason I do not know, I cannot log in to the site from my phone in any way, I cannot log in from my computer, I cannot log in from a separate internet I use with the operator system for my phone. but when I try to log in from any country other than turkey with the vpn system, I can connect to my site, why is this problem caused?

Other Information

Note: A forum user who asked this kind of question was told that dns settings are slowly settled when the site is newly opened, my website address is not newly opened, it has been around 1 month, please suggest another solution

Working for me, although a bit slow.

I’m glad it works for you, but the problem is that I can’t log in without a vpn in any way in the country I’m connected to and live in

It could be your ISP blocking it, or some other restriction on your network. I’m not really sure how to help you with that

If you have a vpn program, you can try connecting to the turkey address, it will not open.

I wonder if infinity free officials may have unwittingly changed or deleted the ip ranges and some dns details of turkey, because there is no access to the site in turkey in any way.

The problem I’m experiencing is still valid on separate domains and sites I created from the infinity free panel, I still can’t connect and I’m waiting for a solution. is there an authorized person who has information on this issue?

Your website is working fine from here. Also, we don’t do anything as ridiculous as completely banning entire countries from accessing our servers. So I’m pretty confident that whatever is causing your trouble is not a block on our end.

But since this issue appears to only affect you, it’s very difficult for us to investigate this issue.

For starters, could you please tell us exactly what you see when you try to access your website? Maybe you could share any error messages or share screenshots of what you see?

Be sure to share any other information about this issue that might be relevant as well. The more you can tell us, the better we can help you.

Thank you very much for responding to me again, now to get to the point.

I have never touched my website and suddenly I have this problem, so my dns settings, nameserver and other settings are already in place and everything is set up.

But as of yesterday morning when I try to access my website I get an error that says this site is unreachable, this is an opera error, I left it as a photo at the bottom.

But there is another problem, I am not the only one getting this error, none of my friends who are trying to connect to my site in the geography of turkey can not enter, everyone is getting the same error. this is not an error specific to my wi-fi network.

But when I try to log in using the vpn service of a different country, I can enter, what I want is to access my website without vpn.

I also want to say one more thing, apart from the infinity free panel, I opened another free domain with a .kesug extension and tried to test only the login to the site without installing any wordpress-like software, the same problem persists even with a clean and unused default panel, that is, this site cannot be reached error

That does indeed seem like some kind of widespread blocking issue. This could indeed indicate a block on our end, but other possibilities include a block by your ISP. It’s possible that access to our servers is blocked by your ISP for “security” or another reason.

Are you and your friends all using the same internet provider? Does this happen on home networks, mobile networks and school/company networks?

One thing you could try is to run a tracert from your computer to our server. Sometimes this can highlight where a connection problem is.

Can you please do a tracert and share the results here?

That’s likely unrelated. New domain names can take up to 72 hours to be visible everywhere due to DNS caching.

First of all, my friend and I have different internet operators, I cannot access the website from the internet I use at home, and at the same time I cannot access a different internet service called “mobile internet” for my phone for a fee

I uploaded the tracer output you mentioned below

My cmd

Please run a tracert from your own computer, and to your website with us.

We’re trying to troubleshoot your connection issues, so we’re not interested in a traceroute from the servers of some online tool, or to some random IP address that may or may not exist.

As you said, I am now using a different ip to tracert, I did the tracert process using the website ip address I got from its own panel and the cmd address on my own computer, I leave the outputs below.

I got 30 hops outputs, but I only put the ones I could get results in the screenshot

  • The screenshot photo, which looks smaller than the other one, is of my own ip address

Thank you, that’s (mostly) the output I was looking for!

Unfortunately, it doesn’t show anything unusual. It shows the connection going from your ISP to our datacenter (wildcard.net.uk), so it doesn’t show any block on that level. The requests after that timing out is normal, the IPs after hop 14 are configured to not respond to pings and tracerts.

I say “mostly”, because it doesn’t rule out any DNS level blocks. Could you run the command host followed by the domain of your website and verify it returns the same IP address as what’s shown as the website IP?

Also, were you able to connect to FTP successfully?

First I must say that I connected to ftp without any problems, I was already using wordpress and I didn’t have much to do with ftp systems.

I shared the necessary outputs, I think the ip address of my site and the domain address of my site match each other

So, just to be clear: were you able to successfully connect with FTP? Or are you not sure because you never needed to use FTP?

Yes, that looks all good. It proves that there is no DNS level block.

I have already used ftp before, there is no problem with ftp, it works

So what should we do next, I apologize very, very much for my late reply
