In my panel, option mySQLdatabase not appear my database, but work fine in the website.
why???, howto access with phpadmin???

Not if I can enter the cpanel, but in the SQL section my database does not appear, although it is working, in this way I cannot open my database from the phpmyadmin…

https://ugo.42web.io I went to the panel and opened it because I wanted to change my database. I was astonished to find it empty though. I thus tried to check if my website was still operational, and it was! Still functional. The database is no longer in the panel, and the only way I can access it is by manually entering the db URL.

Yep, the issue has been fixed now!

For anyone experiencing the same issue: the root cause has been identified and a fix has been implemented that should prevent this from happening again. That said, there may be accounts that still have this issue. If you do, please report it so it can be fixed for your account.
