Not accessing the site everyday but the site still gets suspended due to reaching CPU limit

So as the title says I haven’t accessed my site for 3 weeks and the account says my site has been suspended but not because of inactivity but because of reaching the CPU limit so I want to ask has anyone had this happen and what is the solution?

Did you read?

Ok, then I guess I have to wait until it reactivated, did anyone get suspended although not accessing or doing anything to their website like me?

Please understand that we count server resources based on anyone visiting your website, not just you visiting the website. If you don’t interact with your website, but other people do, that generates server usage too.

I had a look at your account statistics, and I do see that your website received traffic recently. The Daily Hits graph follows roughly the same trend as your CPU usage.

Resource usage without you doing anything with your website happens to everyone all the time.
