Not able to reset Wordpress backend admin password

I installed a Wordpress for this site but forgot the access for this, also neither Infinity sent me any mail regarding installation detail of Wordpress. However I tried to reset the password of Wordpress & it says:
Check your email for the confirmation link, then visit the login page.

When I checked my e-mail, no mail was found from Infinity regarding reset password…PLSSS HELP

You can easily Password change with Softaculous.

InfinityFree not offer mail for FREE accounts so mail method not work.

Instead of waiting for reset email (It will not come untill you configure previously with THIRD PARTY mail provider) kindly please use alternate method to reset the username and password.
