Not able to install pydio or owncloud

I want to use my host as a cloud drive.So I tried to install pydio at first and it failed to install due to a error caused by MySQL.I tried to install own cloud and it is also giving some MySQL error(same as pydio).Please someone help me.
Error is something like this:

The following errors were found :

Could not make the query numbered : 20
MySQL Error No : 1071
MySQL Error : Specified key was too long; max key length is 1000 bytes

ownCloud, Nextcloud and other file sharing sites are not allowed here.

With a company where they do allow file sharing sites? Unfortunately, I don’t know any.
