we have to open file manager from cPanel but in infinityfree cpannel there is no file manager there is online file manager that redirect to another website.

This is the intended behaviour. We don’t use cPanel. So of course the behaviour is different to cPanel’s.

However, the online file manager is down these days. So you must use desktop FTP to transfer your files.

How to upload files with FTP

The best and most reliable way to upload files is to use FTP. To upload files with FTP, you will need to following: Your FTP username Your FTP password The FTP hostname An FTP client You can find your FTP username, password and hostname in the client area under the FTP Details section.
