You need to host the PHP files on InfinityFree in order to connect to the database

Hi legalhelper,
From your error message, you are attempting to connect from a Windows XAMPP development environment, which is considered a remote connection from IF point of view, and is blocked as expected.
To have it work, simply upload your files to the htdocs folder and try from there.
