I don’t see any images in your website, only the default WordPress welcome page.
As for the control panel, please reset your account password under “Edit Account”, then wait 10 minutes for the sync to complete. Afterward, use the “Control Panel” link found in the client area.

You must have removed WordPress. I now see the default InfinityFree welcome page.
Please try re-installing.

If you have 400 databases, just delete some. There is no way you need all of them.
