No consigo acessar o FTP do meu site

Aparece a seguinte mensagem : Unable to connect to FTP server 185.27.134.11 on port 21.

Are you sure this is the address of the FTP server? This is often different from that of the HTTP (web) server. Please contact your ISP helpdesk or system administrator for help.


O que eu posso fazer para voltar ao normal?

The IP address and port are fine, so that's not the problem.

To help figure out what's going on, can you please provide two pieces of information? Can you please provide:
  • The full connection log from FileZilla.
  • A traceroute from your computer to the FTP server (ftpupload.net)
That information should help to figure out what's going on.

Aps algumas horas voltou ao normal mas, as vezes o meu site no abre o que eu posso fazer para evitar esses problemas? obrigado

The FTP connection log shows everything went successful, so that doesn't tell me anything.

Also, if FTP is working fine but your website isn't, can you please tell me which website is yours and what do you see when your website is not working (error messages, etc.)?

Was with a 20 second error but then returned to normal, the log FTP
