No autocleanup?

Today, 92 days has passed since I deactivated my account. Site explicitly says deactivated account would be deleted after 60 days automatically. 32 days overdue and this hasn’t happened yet.

I want to cleanup my profile from this site but this is preventing me from doing so. How much more I have to wait? Support already said they don’t take requests for removals, but this is bugging me and I followed the steps to properly do this without asking. Can I get that removed? it’s already over 60 days.

The automatic cleanup was disabled according to iFastNet. They say the process has now been restarted and will start to remove the accounts which are eligible for deletion. But note that it may take a few days for the backlog of accounts to be processed.
