Hey there, It seems like a system issue. The best thing to do is to wait for Admin. The error message “ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH” typically occurs in a web browser when there is an issue with the SSL/TLS handshake between the browser and the server.

That’s so strange. Where did you even get this url? The standard cpanel is available here.

cpanel.infinityfree.com is the default; it was reverted to cpanel.epizy.com by Admin because the issue occured.

The issue is now fixed, and more information about it has been shared in a similar topic:

Some configuration was changed on the control panel servers regarding SSL, which caused it to break. About 12 hours ago, the URL in the client area was updated to a fallback URL, and a few hours ago cpanel.infinityfree.com was fixed.
