What extra we can do as it’s showing following in ssl checker getting error that it’s not trusted by all browsers.

Ignore that, we don’t provide support for chain certificates, most modern browsers don’t mind anyway

It shows i symbol in triangle.

You have to manually put https:// infront of your website domain, or to redirect unsecure to secure, read the following KB articles:

Yes I already used forced .htaccess file in .hdocs folder still it’s showing triangle with I.

Where did you put the .htaccess file, It doesn’t redirect me.

There are two htaccess files. One is at level of hddocs folder which cannot be modified and other added by me with forced https in htdoc folder.

The htaccess file must have a dot at the start of its filename in order for Apache to detect it as a htaccess file.
