YOU WHAT

Adding a domain is not just creating a folder. It do create a folder but it also creates corresponding server configurations.

Making a folder is not adding a new domain.

Please use the Client Area to add new domains.

sorry i meant the newly added infinityfree domain isnt reflecting in monstaftp file manager dashboard but appears on the infinityfree domain list.. how to solve this?

You are hurting my brain right now

I hope it’s just a wording issue because “Monsta FTP” is already gone for good on free hosting.

Could you please provide screenshots of your domain list and the file manager? And tell us which part makes you think that the changes are not being reflected?

Also, what is the full domain name you’re trying to add? Including the TLD.

First of all, we don’t use MonstaFTP file manager anymore. If you are using some third party MonstaFTP installation, know that we do not recommend doing that, and we cannot guarantee that it will function correctly, or that it won’t secretly harvest your account credentials and use them for malicious purposes.

However, in this particular case, the folder of your website indeed didn’t appear to be created. But rest assured, the folder of your website is nothing special, it’s just a folder with a specific name. If it’s missing somehow, you can either create it yourself, or go to the domain name in the client area, find the Directory Status card, and click the button that says “Recreate Directory” to add the missing directory.

I just did that for your domain, and the folder should now be there.
