New account website not loading although domain approved

New account registerd and domain name approved. On htdocs website files apploaded succesfully using FTP. Website can not be reached on the link or nor on IP address 185.27.134.127.

I have no idea if its the databases or I have not created any databases and have no idea how to do that.

Can anyone help me so my website files can be reached on the link or ip address?

Thank you, problem was resolved. My index.htmlfile was having a capital letter of “Index.html, instead of index.html”
